Job Description Job Description JANITORIAL SITE SUPERVISOR - THIS POSITION IS LOCATED ON A MILITARY BASE IN PETALUMA, CA Job Duties include, but not limited to: Supervises and directs janitorial crew. Schedules day-to-day work for janitorial crew. Orders supplies as needed. Performs actual janitorial tasks as needed such as waxing & polishing floors, cleaning restrooms, emptying wastebaskets, etc. Ensures that all work is performed to NBI quality control requirements and contract specifications. Drives employees in a small passenger van from the worksite to drop off locations. This work is performed on a military base. Hours are Monday - Friday. 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. with occasional weekend work to meet contract requirements. Requirements: Experience as a Commercial Cleaner, Janitor, or Custodian Preferred Supervisory or Management experience. Valid driver's license is required.
