Job Description Job Description Building Maintenance Technician St. Francis, WI Full-Time | First Shift | $26.00–$30.00 per hour, based on experience Molasky Development is seeking a dependable, hands-on Building Maintenance Technician to support operations at a federally occupied commercial property in St. Francis, Wisconsin . This is a fixed-location, first-shift position supporting daily building maintenance, preventive maintenance, work orders, light repairs, and custodial support as needed. This role reports to the Facility Manager and serves as backup support when needed. The position also participates in a rotating on-call schedule for after-hours building needs.
