Job Description Job Description Primary Functions: The Facility Custodian is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, healthy, and welcoming environment throughout assigned facilities. This position performs routine custodial services, floor care, event support, and basic facility upkeep while delivering exceptional customer service and representing Perfection Group with professionalism. Clean and sanitize classrooms, offices, conference rooms, hallways, restrooms, cafeterias, gyms, locker rooms, and common areas. Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and disinfect all assigned areas. Empty trash and recycling containers and replace liners. Clean windows, glass, entrances, and high-touch surfaces. Restock restroom and kitchen supplies, including soap, paper towels, and toilet tissue. Perform routine floor care including buffing, stripping, waxing, burnishing, and carpet cleaning as needed.
