Job Description Job Description Basic Function Your primary goal is to take pride in your work and complete all residential building & residential grounds maintenance in a professional manner using correct and cost-effective, and energy efficient methods. This will be accomplished through the neat, professional, and timely completion of all duties as outlined below. Organizational Structure Reports to and takes direction from the Maintenance Supervisor. Works in cooperation with all other employees and maintains courteous communications with residents and contractors you may encounter. Duties and Time Allotment 1. Building Maintenance (80% - 90%): Complete interior and exterior building maintenance requests.
