Job Description Job Description We are currently seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks. Schedule - Tue-Sat 8am-5pm Compensation $20hr to start $600 base monthly bonus (higher production increases bonus) 40% rent discount We train and pay for EPA and CPO certifications. Responsibilities: Complete service requests Pool Care HVAC repairs Qualifications: 1 year previous experience in maintenance Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment Ability to handle physical workload Deadline and detail-oriented EPA 608 Certification a plus
