At Keystone Pharmacy, we are dedicated to providing exceptional patient care through the highest standards of pharmaceutical services. As a retail pharmacy, we provide services to not only our patients, but the community as well. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Pharmacist to join our growing pharmacy team!
Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree.
Valid Pennsylvania Pharmacist License, including Injectable License for vaccine administration.
Familiarity with Outcome Platforms.
Medication Therapy Management (MTM) certification is a plus.
Board Certified Ambulatory Care Pharmacist (BCACP) is a plus.
Current CPR certification.
