The Wildlife Rehabilitation Center (WRC) is seeking a full-time Philanthropy Manager to connect with our dedicated donor base and develop long-term, meaningful relationships with clients and future donors. We have a small communications team and this is the first time in our history we will have a dedicated development position. As such, we are looking for someone with documented success in working with clients to develop and increase giving plans. The Philanthropy Manager is responsible for identifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding donors to support WRC’s mission. This role will prioritize mid-level and major operational gifts, while supporting overall individual giving through broad communications and development campaigns.
