Position Summary : We are seeking a litigator who has experience prosecuting or defending individual and class/collective claims based on violations of state and federal overtime laws. Roles and Responsibilities : Advocacy: Attorney will represent clients in depositions, hearings, mediations, and other legal proceedings.
