JOB TITLE:  Borough Manager DEPARTMENT:  Administration REPORTS TO:  Mayor LAST REVISED:  October 31, 2025 POSITION PURPOSE The Borough Manager serves as the Chief Administrative Officer of the Borough of Wilkinsburg and is responsible for the efficient administration of all Borough affairs under the policy direction of the Mayor and Council. This position oversees day-to-day municipal operations, implements Council policies, and ensures compliance with the Borough’s Home Rule Charter, ordinances, and applicable state laws. The Borough Manager plans, directs, and coordinates administrative functions including budgeting, finance, purchasing, personnel, and municipal services, while ensuring that all departments operate within approved budgets and established policies.
