The DBE Program Analyst is responsible for the monitoring and compliance of DTC’s Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program. The incumbent develops and implements procedures for the administration of the DBE program for the corporation. The position collects and analyzes data to generate required local, state, federal and agency reporting requirements.
