BrightHouse Advocate Case Manager Position Summary: Under the direction of Bright Future Foundations Advocacy and Housing Supervisor, the BrightHouse Advocate Case Manager will support the mission of the organization by ensuring respectful, compassionate, survivor-centered assistance to individuals and families seeking residential and non-residential services. The advocate case manager will work with the BrightHouse leadership team to create a safe, empowering living environment for all BrightHouse clients. The advocate case manager will meet regularly with the Advocacy Supervision Team to create survivor-driven treatment plans. The advocate case manager will work to identify the psychosocial needs of survivors, provide supportive services during court/legal proceedings, and assist in coordinating additional services.
