Job Description Job Description Candidate Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years experience with Windows workstation, Windows server and Active Directory - Minimum of 4 years experience in networking and internet technologies - Minimum of 4 years experience in Microsoft operating systems and support - Minimum of 4 years experience in a technical support, helpdesk support, and troubleshooting - Individual must have a thorough knowledge of Active Directory, Azure, Office 365, and networking - Must be able to work with Azure in small to medium business environments. - Must have strong communications skills and be able to explain issues to end users. - Though not a regular occurrence, must be willing to work weekends and after hours when required. Also desire candidates with: - Experience in Hyper-V and VMWare.
