Job Description Job Description Job Summary Our Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram dealership is hiring an experienced Automotive Service Technician to diagnose and repair vehicles to factory standards. This position requires prior professional technician experience and strong diagnostic abilities. We pay for all factory training and certifications. Duties Diagnose and repair vehicles using OEM-approved equipment (wiTECH 2.0, etc.) Perform maintenance, warranty work, and multi-point inspections Document all work performed on repair orders Communicate clearly with service advisors on needed repairs Maintain a clean and safe work environment Experience Automotive technician experience required (CDJR/Stellantis experience preferred) Valid driver’s license Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills What We Offer Paid factory training Competitive pay based on experience Growth opportunities Supportive team environment

A robust understanding of diesel engines is essential, along with the capability to thoroughly test and troubleshoot both engines and their after-treatment systems. This role necessitates a keen attention to detail and a methodical approach to diagnosing issues. You will be responsible for executing all critical repairs and adjustments on chassis, engines, hydraulics, driveline components, emission systems, and electrical systems, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with industry standards. Tire maintenance is also a key task; you will need to remove, repair, or replace tires as necessary, contributing to the overall safety and reliability of the vehicles. The position requires the ability to carry out duties efficiently and independently, often with little to no supervision, to meet demanding schedules and achieve service excellence.
