Office Manager – Full-Time Position
Pay Rate : $25.00 to $35.00/hr to start
Under the general direction of the Board of Directors, the Office Manager plans, organizes, and oversees the District’s administrative, financial, customer service, records management, and compliance functions.
Responsibilities include utility billing, accounting, budget support, audit coordination, regulatory reporting, grant and contract administration, records retention, and Board meeting support, including preparation of agendas and minutes. The position ensures compliance with applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations and serves as a liaison between the Board, staff, consultants, regulatory agencies, and the public.
The successful candidate must possess advanced computer skills, strong accounting knowledge, and experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required. Working knowledge of Sage 300 and Utility Star...
