Communities where seniors live independently in their own home/unit. Some offer amenities & services such as transportation, meals, activities, housekeeping, etc… includes retirement communities, apartments, continuing care communities & active adult communities.
We are looking for Looking for a motivated, organized person to manage this property.
The ideal candidate will balance compassion for our residents with strict compliance with LIHTC/HUD regulations to ensure 98%+ occupancy and excellent community standards.
