Key Responsibilities: Manage a caseload from inception through resolution, including discovery, motion practice, mediation and settlement negotiations, and trial preparation. Represent clients in court proceedings across NYC, Westchester, Nassau, and Suffolk counties. Provide timely and professional communication with clients and insurance carriers.
