Position Summary
Under broad guidance, the Senior Real Estate Manager is responsible for negotiating the acquisition of real estate and services with individuals, estates, jurisdictions, businesses, and state and federal agencies in accordance with the rules and regulations governing Relocation Assistance, in the FHWA Right of Way and Utilities Division Manual of Instructions and as mandated by the Uniform Federal Relocation Act.
