Job Description Job Description Position Summary The Contract Administrator will anticipate and respond to customer inquiries for contract in the Cranes Division to strive to exceed all expectations. Coordinate efforts with all required departments to provide superior customer service. Job Duties Respond to customer or outside sales requests in “real time” for order placement, adjustments, and cancellations. Establish and maintain rapport with customers in-order-to provide best possible service Enter new projects into Netsuite Purchase and Track Materials from vendors Communicate with customer transit information Milestone Invoice Customers Build O&M Manuals Enter Equipment into corresponding system Attend Production/Scheduling Meeting Coordinate Job with PM’s Close Job when complete Research overages on projects, as needed Maintain work area, equipment, and tools in a clean and organized manner; follow all Safety Guidelines Other duties as...
