The Senior Workplace/Litigation Paralegal provides remote legal support to the Workplace Legal team (employment advice, counsel, and compliance) and the Workplace Legal Litigation team. This role handles all aspects of employment-related disputes, investigations, audits, settlements, and workplace compliance policies. The position performs paralegal work including data tracking, budget management, litigation reporting to the General Counsel and Board, drafting and reviewing legal documents (settlement agreements, policies, correspondence), following up on potential litigation, and conducting legal research-all under attorney supervision.
