The Greene County Prosecutor's Office is accepting applications for a position as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney assigned to the Criminal Division. The salary range is $70,000 - $90,000, depending upon the experience level of the applicant. Office hours are 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday - Friday. Actual work hours for the felony docket position will vary. In addition, docket prosecutors have an on-call responsibility. Applicants must be attorneys licensed to practice in the State of Ohio. Favored applicants will have at least three years of litigation experience, including jury trial experience. Attorneys separating from the armed forces are strongly encouraged to apply. Extraordinarily qualified applicants with less than three years of experience will be considered.
