Working under minimal supervision, these roles ensure effective claims management while maintaining compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, regulations, and legislation. These positions serve as primary liaisons with external agencies, medical providers, legal counsel, and regulatory bodies, with emphasis on litigated claims.
