Summary of Position: Our Insurance Company is seeking a well-qualified Spanish/English speaking candidate for a Bilingual Data Entry Clerk position This is an entry-level position with strong potential for advancement within the department. The right candidate will have proven customer service, time management, written and verbal communication skills and is comfortable working in an office environment. Are you? Experience with customer service and friendly Fluent in English and Spanish (Speak, Read and Write) Skilled in defining agent needs, collecting and analyzing data. Skilled in working collaboratively in a team environment Proven skills in organizing work, communicating effectively, attention to detail, taking direction, managing time effectively, and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Leadership Skills: Able to keep the operation and flow of the office balanced and in order on a day to day basis Communication Skills: Must have strong customer service skills over the phone and in person. Attention to Detail: Making sure Agent personal information matches all paperwork and data input Excellent organizational skills with an ability to think proactively, independently and prioritize work Good time management; able to meet deadlines Responds to all inquiries in a timely and cooperative manner. Build sustainable relationships through professional, open communication Follows established processes; accurately documents and processes all orders and agent requests Effective in presenting information and responding to questions and/or agent requests Performs other duties as requested or required. Position Requirements: Strong written and verbal communication skills; clearly and effectively communicate information. (English and Spanish) Skilled with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point) Experienced in communication skills and phone etiquette High energy, positive and proactive.
