to report to our Naples, FL HQ loc but working at multiple unanticipated locs in USA. May telecommute alternating weeks. Manage + monitor 24/7 production database + provide support to ensure services are running. Upgrade databases from 11g and 12c to 19c to maintain proper support. Work w/ installation + maintenance of ORACLE 11g/12g/19c RAC + Standby Databases (Oracle Data Guard) for high availability and disaster recovery. Restore + recover databases during critical failures + point in time recovery of data. Install, upgrade, and configure Oracle environment by creating databases, storage structures + objects, database backup + recovery, monitoring + optimizing database performance. Apply CPU + Security patches on all databases quarterly for compliance. Provision AWS EC2 instance using AMI + migrate DBs from on-premises to public cloud.
