WHAT YOU WOULD DO: Design, implement, administer, optimize, and support enterprise VMware, VDI, Windows Server, RDS, and related systems infrastructure. Own VMware Horizon/VDI architecture, performance, lifecycle, and support while partnering on storage and other shared infrastructure. Lead complex systems infrastructure projects and provide technical direction on scalable, resilient, secure, and maintainable solutions. Administer and troubleshoot Windows Server environments and shared Microsoft infrastructure, including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and certificates. Plan and execute upgrades, patching, capacity improvements, and lifecycle changes while maintaining availability and minimizing operational impact. Partner with Cybersecurity and infrastructure teams to reduce risk, remediate vulnerabilities, strengthen resiliency, and support backup and disaster recovery readiness.
