Application Analyst Application Analyst at our Chicago location will be responsible for the assessment, design, development, implementation, testing, education, and management of assigned applications, primarily focused on Workday. Listen to end users and serve as an expert technical resource to address and resolve business problems. Work with functional teams to inform and educate them on new process or enhancements and seek input regarding future enhancements. Participate in process improvement initiatives and measurement. Lead all phases of the software development lifecycle; identify business needs, designs, builds, implements, documents and trains business solutions based on current and future technologies. Ensure all Workday system functions optimally and ensures accurate, reliable, and timely compliance with business needs, strategies, internal/external policies, and regulations.
