Eastern Oregon University seeks an experienced, strategic, and collaborative leader to serve as Director of Human Resources and Employee Relations. Reporting directly to the Vice President for Finance and Administration, this position serves as the university's chief human resources officer and provides leadership for all human resources functions, including employee and labor relations, recruitment and retention, compensation, benefits administration, performance management, training and professional development, policy development, and regulatory compliance.
