The Virginia Economic Development Partnership (VEDP) is seeking an experienced Learning & Development Specialist responsible for designing, delivering, and continuously improving learning and development initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, productivity, and organizational capability. This position requires strong instructional design and facilitation expertise, the ability to coordinate complex programs, and to continuously improve the quality and impact of VEDP’s internal learning portfolio.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement training and education programs, informed by needs assessment and organizational priorities
Build and refine existing learning content to improve relevance, engagement, and effectiveness over time using multiple delivery methods, including instructor-led and e-learning
