POSITION SUMMARY The National Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators (NASFAA) seeks a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive part-time Human Resources (HR) Coordinator to provide essential human resources support to the Accounting/HR Manager and to the organization as a whole. This role will report to the Chief of Staff but work in close partnership with NASFAA's Accounting/HR Manager, who leads the day-to-day HR function, to ensure timely completion of core HR operations, maintain compliance, and support an exceptional employee experience.
