For Level 2- Bachelors Degree in a medical related field or 4 years of related experience and/or training. All applicants must submit a Tribal application, a copy of academic transcripts, certifications, proof of state licensure, copy of valid drivers license, if claiming Tribal preference, proof of enrollment from a federally recognized Tribe if other than CSKT, and if claiming veterans preference, a copy of the DD214 must be submitted.
