NOW HIRING: PUBLIC INFORMATION OFFICER A southern governmental agency is seeking a qualified Public Information Officer to develop and deliver strategic communications through publications and social media platforms, as well as coordinating press releases and events. Candidates must have a Bachelor's Degree in the subject area of Marketing, Journalism, Communications or a related field. Candidates should have up to five (5) years of experience in work involving the dissemination of information in the field of news media, public relations, public affairs officer, technical editor, public information officer, publicity, advertising, or similar experience, preferably in a government setting.
