Responsibilities
Dispatch drivers and coordinate loads
Communicate with drivers, brokers, and customers
Track shipments and provide status updates
Resolve delivery and scheduling issues
Enter and maintain load information
Assist with planning and routing
Qualifications
Dispatching, logistics, or trucking experience preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and solve problems quickly
Basic computer skills
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
