JOB DESCRIPTION The Advanced Emergency Medical Technician (EMT-A) assesses, plans, implements, and collaborates with other providers to ensure excellence in patient and family care during pre-hospital emergency care and during transportation to a medical facility. Works in conjunction with the EMS Medical Director. Part-time EMT-A are expected to work a minimum of 29 regular hours with 12 volunteer paid hours per month.
