The Orange Fire-Rescue-EMS Agency is accepting applications for the position of full-time Probationary Firefighter/Paramedic (preferred) to fill one immediate vacancy. Applicants who are currently enrolled in an accredited Paramedic training program are strongly encouraged to apply. Orange Fire-Rescue-EMS is seeking a confident, motivated individual who works well with others to provide outstanding service to the citizens of Orange and surrounding communities. Our organization provides emergency and non-emergent services to a population of approximately 7,800 residents throughout a 36 square-mile primary response area. Our Advanced Life Support ambulances serve the citizens of Orange as well as the towns of Erving, New Salem, Warwick, and Wendell, exceeding a population of 11,000 throughout a 100-square mile response area.
