Consulting Product Analyst (Systems Analyst) will gather and analyze business requirements from end users and other stakeholders. Analyze, design and implement automated solutions to streamline activity for healthcare applications. Analyze applications to determine process flows, identifying pain points, feature gaps, and future state development. Implement and maintain TeleTracking solutions to improve the patients experience and hospital operations. Analyze and design healthcare applications to support hospital operations. Engage in process design and communicating requirements to product development, external solution providers, testing, and education/training teams. Utilize SharePoint, ServiceNow, UiPath, Postman, Tableau, and SQL Series.
