Job Description Job Description The IT Support and Business Applications Administrator is primarily responsible for the management, maintenance, and support of the Company’s IT equipment, systems, and the company’s business applications. This role includes the management of the company’s email service, communication systems, and working with software application vendors. The company has a third-party IT vendor that provides higher level IT support as needed. This is an in-office position with the ability to work remotely when needed outside of normal business hours. The occasional needs to work outside of normal business hours are typically related to software installation and updates, systems or network maintenance issues, or to test disaster recovery procedures.
