To process, file and record all Digital Transformation & Technology budgets and payroll records, prepare and monitor purchase orders and purchase requisitions, billings and budget transfers, travel and petty cash reimbursements.
Required Qualifications:
Working knowledge of bookkeeping, accounting or finance practices, policies and procedures. Working knowledge of financial information systems. Knowledge of effective customer service and problem resolution techniques. Demonstrated effective oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated time management and organizational skills. Demonstrated skill in using Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Access to prepare correspondence, create reports, and manipulate data.
