Position: Preventative Maintenance Technician Reports to: Maintenance Foreman Supervises: n/a Job Description: The Preventative Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing services and perform small repairs (with little to no supervision) on all equipment and vehicles as required by company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities: • Performs preventative and predictive maintenance on all equipment and vehicles. • Adheres to all safety rules and maintains good housekeeping (5S) in shop area and service truck. • Completes assigned work orders • Maintains assigned company vehicle for field work • Reports all defects of equipment and vehicles • Ensures equipment meets DOT regulatory standards and company standards • Meeting all safety requirements (including toolbox talks, man lift inspections, submitting incident reports, Lockout/Tag out, PPE, etc.) • Collection of oil samples and filling out paperwork • Perform other related duties as assigned.
