Part time Property Management Assistant to support real estate company with property management department. Will handle tenant and owner communications, manage records, coordinate maintenance, and keep details of the department running smoothly. Property management experience is preferred and a real estate license is not required, but a plus. Customer service skills are a must due to handling of phone calls, inquiries and communication with tenants, owners and prospective tenants. Proficiency in property management software programs is desired, but willing to train with experience in computer data input. Hours could be flexible to work best with the company hours and expectations of the position. Requirements include strong organizational skills, professional and customer service oriented, proficient in Microsoft Office (property management software a plus), and property management experience is preferred.
