Custodial duties for this position include, but are not limited to opening the building, cleaning restrooms and offices, vacuuming, trash removal, snow removal and meeting room set-up. Building Services duties for this position include, but are not limited to assisting with electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems and other related building projects; troubleshooting building issues; repairing and assembling office equipment, furniture, and shelves; repairing electrical fixtures and plumbing fixtures and maintaining equipment.
