Landscape & Hardscape Crew Member — Chuck Hafner's Landscapes LLC
Chuck Hafner's Landscapes LLC is seeking motivated, hardworking landscape and hardscape crew members to join our team. Working directly under a Crew Foreman on small 2–3 person crews, crew members will help install and maintain high-quality landscapes, hardscapes, and water features across central New York. This role combines physical labor with skilled operation of equipment and requires a focus on craftsmanship and safety.
Key responsibilities:
Assist in the installation of pavers, retaining walls, patios, planting, drainage systems, and decorative water features.
Operate non-CDL trucks as well as heavy equipment including skid steers, mini excavators, and front end loaders.
Drive dump trucks to transport materials and haul debris between job sites and the shop.
Handle and transport heavy materials such as soil, stone, paver products, and other landscape goods.
