Job Description Job Description As a Water & Coffee Equipment Technician, you will play a critical role in maintaining and servicing commercial coffee machines and water filtration systems. You will provide both direct face-to-face customer support and collaborate with the service team to ensure optimal equipment performance and customer satisfaction for our coffee and water equipment company. Responsibilities Maintain and troubleshoot commercial coffee machines and water filtration systems Perform equipment installation and parts replacement Provide preventive maintenance to extend equipment life Deliver technical training and support to customers and service team Assist customers face-to-face and through service team communication Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience in equipment maintenance References from past employer or training Excellent references in regard to people skills.
