Pinnacle Management  is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to join our property management team serving the Fairfield, OH area. This hands-on role is central to maintaining comfortable, safe, and attractive homes for our residents. The ideal candidate will be dependable, skilled in residential systems, and experienced in completing unit turnovers and routine preventive maintenance tasks. Primary Responsibilities: Perform routine preventive maintenance on residential systems to extend equipment life and reduce emergency repairs. Respond to and troubleshoot work orders in a timely manner, diagnosing electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance issues.
