The Uxbridge Housing Authority is seeking an experienced full time Maintenance Mechanic Supervisor to perform routine and diversified work involving repairs to and maintenance of buildings and grounds. Must be a self-starter and detail oriented. This work requires basis skills found in a variety of trade classifications, such as plumbing, carpentry, electrical, masonry, painting, janitorial, groundskeeping. Manages and supervises the maintenance staff. Maintains relationships with suppliers, vendors and professionals servicing the Housing Authority. Must be available to be on-call.
