This role blends high-level coaching, team leadership, mentorship, and operational ownership within UHP's Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) program and broader performance ecosystem. The Assistant Director of Performance acts as the day-to-day anchor for coaching quality and culture, ensuring consistency in delivery, development of coaches and Graduate Assistants (GAs) and alignment with UHP's performance philosophy.
