OVERVIEW: The Corporate Safety Director leads the company's safety strategy and day-to-day safety program to drive safety culture throughout the organization, reduce risk and prevent injuries and ensure compliance with OSHA and other client and industry requirements. This role develops and improves safety programs, audits in the field activities directs programs that enhance driver safety and equipment handling safety, analyzes safety performance metrics, leads incident investigations, and drives corrective and preventive actions through training and cross-functional partnership. DURING YOUR WORK DAY, YOU WILL: Own and enforce corporate safety programs and policies to prevent injuries, incidents, and property damage.
