QUALITY RESIDENT ENGINEER: Gather the necessary data (pictures, defect description, quantity, traceability) to analyze and resolve the issue. Communicate issue and proposed solution the plant concerned with the appropriate report. Contribute to the transversalization of solutions to other plants with similar products which similar problem may occur. Ensure that for every quality incident and logistic incident, a fast reaction is anticipated and managed with the plant. Create rework instructions and apply them under supervision. According to the customer requirements or the quality results, set up a quality wall, and manage (organize and train) the quality wall quality inspectors. Manage the resulting action plan and daily reporting with objective of removing the quality wall. Provide competence on Dimensional and Cosmetic appearance assessment and measurement.
