WHAT YOU WOULD DO : This position works both independently and collaboratively within a small team focused on the planning, design, construction, operation, and maintenance of substations, transmission and distribution facilities, utility material/construction standards, and the SCADA system. QUALIFICATIONS : Must have Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, and minimum of 3 years experience. The ideal candidate would demonstrate the ability to work cooperatively, effectively present information, and have effective written and oral communication skills. Employees are enrolled in WA State PERS and may enroll in deferred compensation plans.
