Wor-Wic Community College is accepting applications for a director of the Fins to the Finish Line* Program. This position manages the Fins to the Finish Line* (FFL) program by working collaboratively with student affairs personnel and academic divisions to coordinate program services, provide direct services to students, and perform annual program evaluation and reporting. This position may be required to periodically work evenings and weekends, including registration, orientation, outreach and other college-wide events, retention initiatives and the annual commencement. *Fins to the Finish Line is a Maryland Accelerated Study in Associate Programs (ASAP) initiative
