The position’s main objective is to support engagement with undergraduate students to facilitate their success in the Department of Psychology. This position is responsible for responding to student requests and advising students in need of department, college, and university resources. Supports academic advising for Psychology majors. Manages data, communications, and/or marketing resources in support of the Department’s undergraduate students and educational programs.
Required Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of effective customer service and problem resolution techniques. Working knowledge of PC-related software Microsoft Office products and social media platforms. Some technical skills to learn and use enterprise systems needed.
Effective oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated time management and organizational skills. Good interpersonal skills and ease in relating to people from varying educational, cultural, and social backgrounds....
