RN-C.N.A. Training Program Clinical Supervisor Job Summary: The RN Clinical Supervisor assists instructors in overseeing students enrolled in the C.N.A. Training Program at Kankakee Area Career Center. Responsibilities include supervising students on campus, during transportation, and while performing patient care skills at clinical sites. The role is essential in facilitating student learning of subject matter and the 21 mandated C.N.A. skills required by the Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH).
